As small houses or apartments that exist on the
same property lot as a single-family residence, ADUs discreetly fit into all sorts of communities, including suburban subdivisions, walkable towns, urban neighborhoods — and, of course, large lots and rural regions. (Follow the link below and click the basement ADU option to see the pictured home.)

Improving Social Determinants of Health
— The National Association of County and City Health Officials and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials will fund up to 50 communities at $50,000 each to evaluate their work to advance health equity. Deadline: December 8.
