Although it's the "youngest" of the 34 municipalities in Miami-Dade County, the growth rate among the older adults in Cutler Bay is higher than that of the overall population. The town is home to several senior living facilities and many of its neighborhoods have become NORCs (or naturally occurring retirement communities).
