2025 Nursing Innovations Fund: $355,000 Awarded to Projects
AARP and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses have awarded more than $355,000 to 20 projects designed to strengthen the nursing workforce and build healthy work environments. The 2025 Nursing Innovations Fund awards projects with innovative and replicable solutions to strengthen the nursing workforce by creating and sustaining healthy work environments aimed at improving recruitment and retention rates of registered nurses. The projects are being implemented at a range of hospitals, clinics, foundations, and academic centers around the nation.
